You're going to get many different answers.

For swords I like Runic. (Wish I had one)

I agree with above poster, "best" skin is subjective. Most will agree though that the runic blade is damn good.
Due to the fact the the whole economy has to down the toilet there also easily affordable now with a r9 fetching 70k if your lucky.

or just buy the Murkai's Edge for 5k and have a rare skin with great mods and save the other 65k

Great mods? Its not what I would choose to have on a sword.

Murakai's Blade is just another example of A-net pushing gw as a casual game; Want the nice skins but are to cheap or cant be bothered to play to get one? here have a green.
